Register a new club
To start or register a new club, please complete an application and submit by email to Kirsten Fullerton, Registrar. The following information should also be provided:
• Club name
• City
• Web site (if applicable)
• Primary contact's name, phone and email
• Coach's name, phone and email
• Clubs will need to provide the appropriate annual registration fee as required by USMS and OMS
